Our Happiness Promise

Every Cheerloom item is printed just for you after you order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost in the mail

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we'll reship your order for free.

Changed your mind?

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering. You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund, before it goes into production.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
